1. Moringa Juice

One of the easiest ways to get the dose of moringa that you’re looking for is to mix it into a juice. All you have to do is select your favorite juice, and mix a half teaspoon into it. You probably don’t want to add too much more than that because it could ruin the flavor of your juice. Adding a small amount of honey might also go a long way to helping you retain a pleasant flavor. Try adding a warm teaspoon of honey so that it can blend more efficiently.

2. Moringa Salad

This another easy way to ingest moringa. Make your favorite salad that has a wide variety of flavors like a cobb, or Waldorf salad. Once the salad is completed, you can simply sprinkle a half teaspoon over the top of it. The multiple flavors from the salad should cover the flavor of the moringa pretty easily without having to add any other ingredients.

3. Moringa in Cooked Meals

Make a good meal for yourself. It’s good to do the next step when it involves food that is slightly wet and can attract powered ingredients to their surface. For example, if you make fried chicken, then you will want to sprinkle the moringa powder over the top of the chicken when it is freshly draining, but slightly cooled compared to when you first pull it out.

Making a tea with moringa is a pretty fast and simple venture. Moringa can be placed into water that you’ve boiled. You just don’t want to put the moringa into the water while it’s boiling because the heat from the boiling process reduces the nutritional value. Let it steep for at least 5 minutes, and then you can pour yourself some fresh moringa tea.

This is a great idea if you have tea every evening during your self-care routine or while relaxing before bed. It is an easy reminder to use it daily.
